Meet Marshmallow
Don’t let the name fool you. Marshmallow is our magnificent white Highland bull—big, fluffy, and impossible to miss. While he looks soft and sweet like his namesake, this guy is all bull at heart. Marshmallow carries himself with confidence, strength, and just a touch of attitude that reminds everyone who runs the pasture. He’s a gentle giant to admire from afar, a true showstopper of the farm, and one of the reasons Little Light Farm has so much character.
Meet Truffles
Playful, brown, and full of spunk, Truffles may not have her own calves yet, but she’s already a devoted caretaker to all the little ones on the farm. Truffles proves that sometimes family is all about love, not just biology. She’s the kind of heifer who makes the barn feel like home.

Bandit is our baby Highland calf, easy to spot by his soft brown coat and the white stripe along his belly. He’s gentle, curious, and full of charm as he learns all about life on the farm.
As a young calf, Bandit spends his days exploring the pasture, resting in the grass, and staying close to the herd. He especially loves spending time with his best friend, Maple, and the two are often found side by side.
Watching Bandit grow is a wonderful way to learn about Highland cattle and how calves develop confidence through care, companionship, and a peaceful environment

Meet Star, our handsome brown Quarter Horse whose name truly says it all. He’s the star of the show with his silly personality, gentle heart, and love for cuddles and treats. Star adores everyone he meets and brings so much joy and warmth to our farm. If you’re looking for a horse who steals hearts (and carrots), Star is your guy.
Tucker
This is Tucker, our brown Quarter Horse with a personality all his own. Quirky, cute, and known for happily walking in circles, Tucker keeps us smiling every day. He has an impressive natural jumping ability—though he much prefers to show it off on his terms rather than when he’s asked. What truly sets Tucker apart is his heart of gold. He’s incredibly gentle and takes special care of all the kids on the farm, making him a trusted and much-loved friend to everyone he meets.
